Blake Corbet was president of Anagram Pictures for over ten years, where he wrote and produced six feature films with budgets totaling over 26M$. These include FIDO (Carrie-Anne Moss, Billy Connolly, Tim Blake Nelson) theatrically released by Lionsgate; hit comedy Delicate Art of Parking, which opened with Canada’s #1 per-screen average; eco-thriller The Thaw (Val Kilmer);and Missing in America (Danny Glover, David Strathairn).
The CTV movie -Elijah – won Blake the Canadian Screen Award for Best TV-Movie and Best Screenplay. More recently, Blake has produced three TV-movies and the hit series Vagrant Queen for the Syfy Network.
Blake Corbet Productions currently has scripted TV series, live-action and animated feature films in development with a variety of partners, including Lionsgate TV, Sienna Films, Syfy Network, and Wild Brain.
Most recently, Blake has launched the non-scripted label Gravitas Pictures with producing partner Chris Leeson.
